What does keto diet mean?

It is a very low-carb with high-fat diet. It involves drastically reducing carbohydrate intake and replacing with fats. The reduction in carbs puts your body into a metabolic state called ketosis.

In the past, I used to think fatty foods sure make me fat. But no! Its those carbs food.

I used to be 38Kg a year ago. After walking out from depression, I wanted to bulk to gain back some healthy weight. So I began to eat and eat. Bread, rice and noodles for every meal. Not forgetting fatty food like fatty meat, pork skin, chicken skin, eggs, cheese, butter, avocado, nuts, chocolate and cakes especially.

And so I had put on 44Kg two months ago. 😳 I need to stop bulking. But I cant stop eating. I really love food. πŸ˜…

So I started to cut down on rice and noodles. But I never stop having those fatty food.

Then I heard friends talking about keto diet. Im surprised that those fatty food I love are part of keto diet! But sadly, bread and cakes aint part of the game. πŸ˜‘

Friends recommend keto food selling online. I went to take a look. Woah, got keto bread and cakes ley. 😍

Not hesitating further, I bought some to try from Ketofatty seller.

Lastly, special keto brownie baked for special one. For me only! Limited edition! Its soooooo freaking nice! I dont feel sinful at all! 🀭

My personal thoughts

1 keto slice or cup can last you till next meal. Ingredients are made from organic healthy stuff.

In a way, you actually save money and time to think of what other healthy food to eat. πŸ€—
